Over the past few years, I have found and explored a number of web sites, software tools, and other products while learning and enjoying myself as I dabbled in the arts. What follows is a short list of selected links that I figured I’d share with other fellow amateurs and hobbyists interested in painting and photography.

Education and Training in Art

  If you want to have a better understanding of Art , you need to receive some degree of formal or informal education and training on the subject. While I have been surrounded by art all my life, I really never took the time to better learn and appreciate it. It was only after I turned 65 years old and retired from my professional life that I stumbled into the ‘world of art’ and began to study and learn more about the subject.
